Located in Morris County, this 55 and older community has 35 moderate units consisting of one- and two- bedroom apartments. A random selection of applicants will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00PM, August 23rd, 2022. Subsequent to the deadline, applicants will be processed on a “first come, first served” basis. There will be a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Essex, Morris, Union, and Warren Counties.

Located in Morris County, this development includes 15 one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Applications will be processed on a “first-come, first served” basis after the deadline. There will be a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Essex, Morris, Union, and Warren Counties. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, September 4th, 2022.

Located in Union County, this development includes 42 one, two, and three bedroom units. Subsequent to the deadline, applications are being processed on a “first-come, first served” basis. Regional preference will be given to those who live and/or work in Essex, Morris, Union, and Warren Counties. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, September 13th, 2022.

Located in Mercer County, this development will feature 72 one, two, and three bedroom units. Applications will be accepted until 4:30PM on September 21, 2022. A lotter
